Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge

My wife and I love coming here. Everything was great this time around, with the exception of the concierge. Laura. She was pushy, and wouldn't let anybody get a word in. Then she tried to pass herself as a hero for doing her job. Some of her comments were definitely ignorant.

We’ve come here every year for the last 4 years and we love it every time. We have kids and they have a blast! The waterpark provides endless fun and the location is so close to so many things. Plenty of shopping nearby in sevierville and pigeon forge, and gatlinburg is a close drive as well. Absolutely love it here. We came to celebrate my kids birthday. The people below us called a noise complaint on us because my kids were simply living their life. My son especially has a hard time not running around no matter how many times i say “Please walk there’s people under us” … Yes, they stay up sort of late and my son is 5 and has lots of energy. Part of the kids vacation fun is that they don’t have to go to bed early and sadly the fun was squashed last night and i made them go to bed because that’s the only way to get them to stop. Gives me anxiety for tonight i feel like im going to have to make them sit still and fold their hands. I had already been telling him to stop running but, it’s hard to keep small children from running and having fun. So it’s just frustrating that i had already been on him for simply having fun, and someone still felt the need to complain. We heard the people above us all week and never complained…. it’s just part of it and we could tell it was just kids having fun. So come expecting to possibly have kids above you enjoying themselves and if that’s not for you, try some place else quiet with no kids… or request the top floor…probably isn’t the place for you though if you don’t like kids. It made me so sad for my son, he doesn’t like doing anything wrong and he felt so bad but even still had a hard time remembering to slowly walk as to not disturb the people below us. However, We LOVE this place and we do love having a good time and we are already looking forward to coming back next year! 5 stars for the hotel and staff…. 0 stars for the grumps under us.

So far, my trip has been outstanding. I'm in a 2 bedroom presidential suite that has all the bells and whistles to include a fireplace. The area has a lot of things to do, including Ripley's aquarium and Dolly World. Yesterday, we had a very delightful dinner of prime rib at a restaurant named The Chop House. Tomorrow, we will try the Wilderness water park

Stayed for the weekend.. did not care for the long long hallways. No one knew anything If u asked any questions. I was told on the phone they had buffets for adults and kids was 5.99 no one knew anything I asked when I asked where it was located and how to get there. I am handicapped along w one of my children and they stuck me so far from the water park and our hotel was such a wall. Just be ready to walk! The jacuzzi tub was SO SMALL... Ive tried to call this place over n over with a question and can't even get a local person on the phone

Our room was amazing.Clean and we'll equipt with shampoo conditioner dishwasher soap and all the pots and dishes to cool meals

The spacious two-bedroom condo-style hotel room, complete with a washer, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for a family of four with children. The staff member we encounter in the building is exceptionally friendly, consistently checking in with us to ensure our needs are met whenever we meet in the hallway. The kids love the water park. I can't count how many times I climb up the stairs for the slides and got a very sour ankles. But I do really enjoy this experience with the family.

We are members of Wyndham rewards. It was the first time we used our membership finally. My family really seemed to enjoy their vacation there. We got up and had breakfast and headed down to the water park each day. My toddlers enjoyed the their side and my 6 year old enjoyed the water slides and wave pools. I did get the peanut butter cookie dipped in peanut butter icing. It wasn't any better than a cookie you can get from a grocery store. Plenty of places to get a drink and a snack. Very family oriented. We booked for next year already.

We stayed in the Belle building for Wyndam and it was so convenient to have the walk through bridge to get to the main building for the indoor Waterpark and arcade and avoid the cold and snow outside. Every day was so much fun, the wave pool wasn't working for one day but we were so glad it worked the next. Will definitely make the trip back!
